The Concept

Who doesn’t love seafood? We do. Fish, shellfish, crustaceans, and poke, we are fellow fans.

The problem with seafood restaurants is the constant struggle between seafood freshness & quality vs. price.

But why not both?

Our goal is simple: Get the freshest seafood, prepare it the same day, and serve it fresh, delicious, and fast.

That’s all there is to it.

The Owners

Dave is the nice one. He is a fitness enthusiast, loves healthy food, amazing karaoke singer, and has a personality that will make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. His favorite dish at Seasalt is the Salmon Poke Bowl. All day, err’day.

Ed is the less nice one. He can macgyver just about anything, cannot eat pork (hence the seafood), tells the greatest stories, and hates when we talk about him on social media. His favorite dish at Seasalt is probably the baja fish tacos… We think. It’s hard to tell, he’s a pretty stoic guy.

Together, they make the best seafood duo Culver City has to offer: healthy seafood dishes, great community, and sarcastic entertainment (if that’s your thing).
